ONE DRESS PER SCHOOL POLICY

One Dress Per School Policy 

At Blush Studio we do everything possible to protect your purchase and keep your prom look unique with our One Dress Per School policy. However, in the rare event that another customer from your school purchases the same dress from another store in the same colour, the following process will apply: 

What to Do if This Happens    

  • The customer must contact a Blush Manager directly on 01642 983982 with details of the issue
  • A Blush Manager will discuss the customers options as per this policy   
  • If agreed by both parties, the customer will be invited into store to select an alternative in-stock dress    
  • The alternative dress must still be available for that customer’s school (to ensure exclusivity is maintained). 

Swap Terms     

  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances   
  • A straight swap will be made for another dress in-store     
  • If the replacement dress is cheaper, no refund of the difference will be given  
  • If the replacement dress is more expensive, the customer is liable for the additional cost at the time of exchange
  • If the replacement dress requires alterations, it is the customers responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of these . Blush Studio does not provide free alterations as part of the swap process and 1 Dress Per School Policy.

Important Notes     

This policy applies only in the event of a confirmed duplicate dress purchase within the same school year group and when the other students dress has been purchased from a different store.

Duplicates are very rare, but should one occur, Blush Studio will always work with you to resolve the situation quickly and fairly.

Blush Studio Duplicate Sale Policy  

At Blush Studio, we work extremely hard to protect our One Dress Per School promise. In the very unlikely event that we accidentally sell the same dress to two customers from the same school, here’s how we handle it:    

First Purchase Honoured  

The customer who purchased the dress first will always keep their original choice.   

Second Customer Options  

The customer will be contacted, informed and invited into store to choose another dress, with a special discount agreed by the Blush Studio manager as a gesture of goodwill.  We’ll take it personally and do everything we can to help source another dress style that makes you feel amazing. While this situation is extremely rare, we want to reassure you that if it ever happens, we’ll handle it with care and fairness to make sure you still feel excited and confident about prom.

Refund Option

If you cannot find another style you love, or would prefer not to swap, you will be entitled to a full refund.
