Do I need an appointment to try on prom dresses?
Yes – we work by appointment only so every girl gets a private fitting and plenty of time with our stylists. You can book yours easily on our Prom Dress Appointments page.
If you are just wanting to browse and see what we have available then you are more than welcome to walk in during our opening hours for a look around.
Can I bring friends or family with me?
Absolutely! We even offer Bestie Appointments in our Candyland Suite – big enough for your friends and family to watch. Find out more on our Appointment Information page.
What Is Your Exclusivity Policy?
We guarantee that every prom girl gets a unique style – we’ll never sell the same dress to someone else at your school. Read about how we track dresses with our School Exclusivity Promise.
What is the “Stick or Twist” deposit scheme?
Secure your dream dress with a deposit and relax knowing you can change your mind within 30 days and swap to another dress style.
Do you have sale dresses?
We have sale dresses that are sold as seen and also lower budget dresses. When you book an appointment we ask if you have a budget in mind so that when we are helping you choose the perfect dress we keep within your budget.
Can I shop online or only in-store?
You can do both. Our website allows you to browse dress collections, book your appointment, and even purchase dresses directly.
If you do not live locally and would like to order online we do ask you to contact us prior to ensure we can meet your timescale, that the dress can be ordered and discuss the order process with you. You get just as much guarantee shopping online as you do instore.
If you would like to travel for an appointment please also speak with us first as we can offer you a longer appointment, or even collect you from local train stations of Teesside Airport.
Do you accept Returns and Refunds?
Made to Order dresses are not refundable. Please read our Returns Policy for detailed information.
Where is Blush Studio based?
We’re at 77 Station Road, Billingham, Teesside, TS23 1AE, with free parking right outside. Just off the A19 Norton/Billingham turnoff. There is an additional free car park further down Station Road behind Clifton Vet Surgery.
