Refund policy

Online orders

Once your order has been forwarded to the supplier you are then legally bound. All made to order dresses are non-refundable. If your order is in stock and not a sale item, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange. If you order a sale dress they are sold as seen and non refundable. Please note if you order a dress in stock we can send you photos of any damage from wear or tear and give you any advice needed. You may wish to get in touch with us prior to making a sale order just to check you are happy before committing to the purchase. 

In-store orders

We take deposits until October 31st. Your initial deposit is non refundable, if you change your mind within 30 days you can benefit from our swappable deposit scheme and transfer your deposit onto another dress, we can only do this once. Once your order has been forwarded to the supplier you are then legally bound.
